Bounce Endurance — a full-body rebounding workout built on mini-trampolines designed to boost stamina, balance, and strength. This low-impact class pushes your endurance with steady, controlled movements to hip-hop beats that keep you locked in. Beginner-friendly but powerful enough for seasoned bouncers, it’s all about building confidence and control. Each Class Consist of: Stretch > Bounce > Cool down Stretch > Meditation Did you know? Rebounding — the foundation of our trampoline workouts — has been shown to: • Activate over 400 muscles with less joint impact than traditional cardio. • Stimulate lymphatic flow to help your body recover and feel lighter. • Deliver intense cardiovascular benefits in less time — research suggests rebounding can match the aerobic demand of longer workouts like running, without the strain. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance through our website. Spaces are limited — we encourage you to book early to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before class without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class are considered late and will not be refunded or credited. No-shows will forfeit the session without credit. Refund Policy Drop-in, Event Purchases, and class pack purchases are non-refundable. Health & Safety If you're feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please stay home and prioritize your health. Water, proper footwear, and positive energy are required!
